Ordered some veneers at the start of lockdown expecting to have a delay and not much communication from the company giving the current climate. I couldn’t of been more wrong I received a prompt email back when I had any questions. And they came faster than I thought. Honestly thank you again you’ve changed my life and giving me my smile back. You’ve boosted my mental health I feel happier and no longer afraid to smile. IVE NEVER STOPPED SMILING. Thank you 😁

I have been very patient and taken a considerable amount of time before I wrote this review. On the 2nd of April I placed an order for some veneers for my daughter as a surprise. I waited a month in total for them to be made. Once made they arrived and they were very poorly made. They curled away from the gum, cutting my daughters lip as it kept getting stuck on the veneers, they were way longer than her front teeth and hanging past her lower lip and they were also off centre. On the 9th of May, the day they arrived I emailed immediately to tell them of the problem and was told to email the lab team which I did. I sent pictures and videos. On the 14th of May I emailed again as I had been ignored. To be sent an email straight back saying they had asked the lab to look into it. On the 18th of May I sent another email to say that I was unhappy with the service I have been given and requested a refund. I also sent three Facebook messages which were ignored. On the 19th of May I was told a new kit would be sent. It is now the 16th of June. I have received nothing. I have emailed twice and been completely ignored. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I have requested a full refund. AGAIN. (Will update once I hear, if I ever do, back from the company.) If not I will have to seek legal advice.

Me and my boyfriend both wanted secret veneers as a cheaper quicker alternative than porcelain veneers. I was really self conscious of my canine pointy teeth, and my boyfriend felt that his teeth were not white enough and wasn’t happy with his bottom teeth as they were crooked. The teeth came today after under 2 weeks so much quicker than expected- and they are INCREDIBLE! We are both over the moon, they fit perfectly and are amazing. My canine teeth have been hidden, and we both now have perfectly even straight white smiles! It has given us both so much confidence. Rose was amazing throughout the process and replied to every message on Instagram (I had loads as was cautious) and she has been so responsive throughout the process! Would really recommend these teeth to anyone not sure of doing it- go for it you won’t be disappointed!!

I broke my front tooth on a girls holiday and due to coronavirus I haven’t been able to get it fixed yet! Secret veneers have given time the confidence to smile again and I cannot thank them enough! I had rose help me through out the whole process and she was an absolute gem!! 100% worth the money :)

Couldn’t be happier with how quick and easy it was to get my perfect smile within a month I ordered..done my moulds.. and got the smile I always wanted really happy with the product I’ll never stop smiling now! Couldn’t recommend secret veneers enough!!!

I wish I could give them more stars! FANTASTIC product, will be ordering a second set as soon as possible as back ups as I can't live without these. The teeth are incredible quality and the service was great, even with myself being anxious after reading reviews on here, and asking them 1000's questions, I always got a polite and helpful response. If you are undecided whether to purchase these or not, DO IT! Cannot fault the Secret Veneers team at all. I was skeptical as they are a cheaper option as others out there but this does not reflect how incredible these are. 10/10 will recommend to EVERYONE I KNOW!!!

I received my veneers today and I’m very happy with the service, all of my mates says they looks really real! Very good if you have no confidence in your teeth/smile. Worth the money.
