was a bit hesitant to order as I had seen some not so good reviews but went ahead anyway. I personally couldn't fault the service. My trays arrived within a week of placing my order, I then sent them back and I messaged the team a week later who had confirmed they had received them and I was kept up date with how long they would take to make etc, I was then messaged a couple of weeks later saying they were being posted! Really quick and they fit me really well. They take awhile to get used to as they obviously have to be slightly bigger than your natural teeth like all veneers are! Highly recommend and havent had a problem with service or delivery. Will use again 100%

DO NOT USE!! These people are lovely before you place an order then as soon as you do you hear nothing from them!! I asked for a refund due to lack of communication over an issue with the trays which they agreed to, that was mid March it is now end of May with no refund no communication, no replies to any of my messages and I have now sought legal advise, do not waste your time

Timings weren't an issue at all, but the quality was very poor. I read every single bit of info on their website and understood that eating was manageable etc. (Nit true) It currently hurts just to have them in. The fit is poor. They look too fake. Are far too large. Currently resolving with the company but as it states on the website I will not get my money back. Genuinely disappointed as I lost my front bottom tooth due to an accident with my gum and then persistent cough which pushed it out. I'm so self conscious and thought this would be my temporary answer but now I'm £400 down towards the implant I'll need. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT IT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

These have changed my appearance so much! I was so sceptical about these as I thought they would look so fake but they’re amazing! For the first time in months I have smiled for a photo and no longer embarrassed of my teeth when I’m laughing! 100% recommend😊

I received my veneers today. I am very excited! It is the first time in 22 years that I smile on a photo. This is the first time that I am not ashamed when I laugh or smile. Thank you so much! Great customer service!I will definitely order a second set!

I have been a user for over three years of secret veneers and to me they have been life changing, they are a fantastic product that i recommenced heavily to anyone. My only negative would be that since they have grown there seems to be a struggle with time scales i always request a replacement arch and seem to end up chasing the company. At present i am waiting for replacement arches since March 31st 2020, i was unsure to order due to covid but was told that there would be no delays with a replacement arch due 14-21 day but it has now been well over 30 days. I really love this product and didnt want to have to leave a negative because when you can get hold of the staff they are really lovely. I am hoping tor receive my replacement arches... but for the product a absolute 10/10

Wow! Amazing service, and more quick with delivery than I thought. The fitted wonderful first time round and didn’t need any changes, very comfortable and made me so much more confident with my smile. Highly recommend to anyone wanting veneers!

I’ve never smiled showing my teeth for over 10 years and now I can’t put my teeth away! I have so much confidence I absolutely love them!! They came so quick as well I ordered my teeth on 9th April and I had my teeth by 9th of may! 1000% recommend these to anyone who doesn’t love there smile!
