I bought a chair from them for 600 dollars. It broke in 5 months and they would not take it back. Don't make the same mistake I made, their "refurbished" chairs are terrible. Edit: They did reach out for pictures. I gave them an explanation and pictures and have not heard anything from them for about a month. It's simply not worth it to spend this much money on something that will likely break on you so quickly. I am not a large guy so it could happen to anyone.

Bought a chair then decided to get one brand new directly from manufacturer (budget had been increased)... they cancelled and refunded my order immediately and were very communicative.

The seller charged my card day one, then did not ship the item, despite my frequent follow-ups, even a month later. I asked for a refund and got it 4 weeks after my initial order. I've ordered the item for my son and they really let me down, as my son was very upset about the ever-slipping shipping timeline.

My chair arrived in 5 weeks, but arrived broken, stinky and dirty. I have bought used office chairs before from other vendors and had a much better experience. I will be spending additional money to make this chair usable,

This place is garbage. Shop elsewhere. They are more than willing to respond to your questions before you purchase but now that I have received my order and two of the chairs are damaged I can't get a response. It has been two weeks and nothing. This is making my job difficult and I am so disappointed in their service. note- they send these review requests before you get their product so everything seems awesome but they are really terrible at customer service.

Lots of great options for chairs, new and used. Easy to navigate.

Edit to my original review. This place has TERRIBLE customer service. There is NO one to answer a call, so they direct you to email. Which takes days to get an answer. I ordered a chair that I need to return and I've been waiting a week for a response. Your checkout process is very confusing. there is no option to check out with a credit card as a guest. I had to go back many times to try to figure it out and I finally had to create a profile.

I have called and emailed seating mind several times and have not received an email or call back. Not a pleasant experience so far.
