I ended up having to return two of the three tops I bought and I was sorry to do so. They are of a really nice quality and I loved the colors. Unfortunately the sleeves on the two long sleeved tops were too short for my long arms. I kept the beautiful aqua colored short sleeved top and am enjoying it. In addition to the quality of the tops, I give the company high marks for the ease at which they processed the return.

I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service. The shirts are wonderful and when something goes wrong, the customer service is the best. I bought two shirts, one for me and one for my husband to use on a vacation. Unfortunately, I ended up having two shirts with little holes in them. Mine happened before I received it and my husband had worn his for a couple of weeks while we were on vacation before he noticed the hole on the back of the shirt after we had returned home. My shirt had been replaced before we left. Yesterday I wrote about my husband's shirt, sending a picture of the hole. I didn't expect that one to be replaced, since we don't know when the hole showed up. But they're sending us another replacement. And that is what I call excellent customer service. I'll surely be buying from them again in the future.

I received a response from the owner of Seadon and he apologized for the issues I was having with their customer service. He completed the exchange I'd originally requested and now all is fine. I did mention, though, that Seadon needs additional ways to get a hold of customer, other than just via email.

I visited South Africa recently (during their spring) and experienced weather from the low 50’s to upper 90’s. I exclusively wore woolen shirts and the ones from Seadon performed perfectly! I wore each of them at least 4 times and they kept me warm as well as cool and dry depending on the weather. They were breathable, truly odor resistant (and I sweat a lot), comfortable and took up minimal room in my suitcase. I am a believer! I travel a lot and wish I had known about them sooner. I will not travel without them anymore! Seadon’s customer service is top notch as well. They responded quickly to me when I had a question.

Had to make an exchange and the owner responded quickly and overnighted our replacement shirts just in time for our cruise. Thank you, Carson!

I’ve purchased both the Daymaker and Traveler T-shirts for myself and two Daymaker tees for my wife. We both love them. The material is great, particularly with the Daymaker…I’m sure to purchase several more soon. They fit well (if you size up), feel soft, stay in shape, and dry quickly after getting sweaty. The Traveler T-shirt, which is incredibly soft and feels sturdy, developed a hole in the collar after one wear. I emailed the company with a picture and they quickly sent me a replacement, no problem. Love the sustainable, environmentally-conscious approach their company, and I plan to be a long time customer!

I loved Seadon! I first new them from a Kickstarter campaign with their Helios pant which I loved so I backed them, needless to say Seadon run the smoothest Kickstarter campaigns, they always update and deliver on time. Such a wonderful first experience made me fall in love with the brand so I've backed every campaign since then and even made several purchases through their site getting always a great product. Their customer support is top notch btw. Seadons catalog cover all types of situations and scenarios, they provide amazing solutions for outdoors activities. Try them, you won't regret it.
