This online casino is defiantly just another scam casino. I haven’t been able to even access this site even though I am not in a restrictive location. I never got to redeem anything either because when I could access my account on this casino I’d never win. I’d highly avoid this scam of a casino to anyone.

I'm giving 5 Stars all day! There is so much to love about playing at SCROOGE Casino. There are many games to choose from... they offer a sign up and daily bonuses. Customer service is on point every single time and they are so friendly and helpful when you have questions. The redemption process was so fast! They said it could take up to 24 hours -but the funds were in my account in less than 2 hours. I don't know if it always like that for everyone, but that was my experience. Hands down I definitely recommend this site. It's a great place to play!

At first scrooge was a great casino. I made it up to Gold and was treated like gold but then I self excluded because a representative was both pushing this gambling site and Jesus on Facebook and I know enough about the Bible to know that the 2 do not happily Co exist with each other. Anyways I decided to let that go and removed my self exclusion after a short 3 weeks maybe less only to find I was knocked down from gold to silver and now I've been bumped all the way to start. I noticed on my decline that this place only pays well if your the higher of the rankings as I NEVER WON NOT ONE SINGLE TIME when my ranking fell below gold, not even at silver did I win. Then again I've only won here and withdraw maybe 3 times 4 at most and never any substantial amount. The rep on FB is always boasting about the put the money to charity well indeed it goes someone because it's never returned to the player, I can vouch for that..I'm deleting my account as they have proven to live up to their name.

I had a redemption request rejected by Scrooge on Monday morning. They said it was due to them needing further verification on my bank cards. So, after lots and lots of redos, and 100 emails later, they paid my redemption tonight. I wanted to update my earlier review of this casino. Apparently, they're using some new verification software and even though I've been verified on there for over a year, I was told the new software flagged my redemption request for needing further verification. So, it's taken care of and they did pay me. It took them 2 days to answer me as to why it was rejected in the 1st place but they did finally answer and now I'm fully verified AGAIN. Haven't decided whether I'll play here again yet but i wanted to get the word out that they did pay me. This site is about getting the truth out there so that's what I'm doing. I put the redemption in on the 12th and they paid me on the 17th.

I loved this site. I spent tons of money & when I finally won something decent they decided to block my account because I used my husband's card. I sent them everything they asked for & did nothing wrong & still got screwed

What went wrong is that they didnt pay out my winnings. The reason was because i couldnt verify debit cards which i had used in they're casino but thsts because i had lost them . When i finally did get the proper documents through the guidance of Casino Guru they said they never received then when im fact i cc myself when i sent them the documents. They run the casino as if they care about their players, when in fact they dont. I jave recommended family and friends which i now regret doing. Im going to share my experience of Scrooge casino with them so they wont go through the same thing as i did.
