One star! Zero if possible. I have never dealt with such rude customer service in my life . The games are so tight it’s ridiculous. Stay far, far , far away from this joke or a site !!!

You cant even log into the site after signing up. It asks you to confirm your information and then says your profile has been submitted and leaves you on the log in screen. Dont waste your time.

I can not stress to you enough how much these people are scam artists ... I can't for the life of me figure out why they have a score of 4.0 out of 5 on trustpilot except for possibly they are really being grimy and desperate and are now paying people to leave them a good review which I have seen this be done before so it's not unheard of.... also a lot of times it'll be people who have only left one review and their review is only like one sentence long...smh.... listen these people are not stupid ok? they are literally scam artists here. Scrooge Casino has screwed me out of $350! they have owed me $350 for months now and they blocked me from even being able to log into my account for what?! I haven't done anything wrong besides ask them for my winnings! I haven't heard a peep out of them in months! they refuse to pay me and have no good reason as to why. they are doing this to many many people I trusted them and they were one of my favorites. I even recommended them to multiple friends and family members like an idiot but I had no clue that they would be so slim. they are paying out 1st redemptions guys and then when or if you ever get a second one ...smh..good luck... it's not ever going to get paid !

1 star: ONE STAR and I wouldn't give that if I didn't have to for this review. They seem to not want to fix their shady practices or listen to their once-loyal customers who once spoke highly of them. My mistake. They'll remove you from their socials if you try to speak of their bad practices too, cover it up instead of giving a damn to fix it. I'd been playing on Scrooge for a while and already had a rough time with my first redemption — verification dragged on and they made it harder than it needed to be to confirm I was a real person. I should have taken that as a sign. In November 2025, I won enough on a KA-Gaming title (GoldenBull) to submit a redemption request for $300 around 3 AM. A few hours later it was rejected, with no reason given, just a promise that a follow-up email would explain the decision in more detail. At 6:17 AM I wrote back asking for that explanation directly. I never received a response to that request. At 7:48 AM, while I was literally screen-recording my own transaction history to document my play, my account was cut off mid-recording with a "blocked by admin" notice and a message saying my account was closed for violating their Terms of Service. I have the recording timestamped to prove it. It wasn't until 10:37 AM, almost two hours after I was already banned, that Scrooge sent a mass email to a group of roughly 21-22 players admitting that KA-Gaming's titles had a malfunction where tokens weren't being deducted on wagers, and that anyone they decided was "intentionally abusing" it would be permanently banned. I never abused anything. I had no idea there was a malfunction; I just thought I was running hot. I didn't even reply to that email, angry or otherwise. Then at 12:29 PM, a separate email (addressed to someone named "Mark," not me — clearly a copy-paste mass send) pointed to their own Terms of Service on malfunctions and said, in their own words, "we understand this stinks." It told affected players to contact support for free spins as a goodwill gesture. So their own stated remedy for the malfunction was free spins. I'd already been banned almost five hours earlier. My direct request for an explanation of the redemption rejection, sent at 6:17 AM, was never answered. Not before the ban, not after, not ever. So here's the actual order of events: redemption request submitted around 3 AM, rejected hours later with no reason, a direct request for an explanation at 6:17 AM met with silence, banned at 7:48 AM, an explanation for the malfunction (not for my specific ban) arriving almost two hours after that, and a "sorry, here's some free spins" email going out to other players almost five hours after I'd already been locked out. I have the emails, timestamps, and the screen recording to back every part of this up. If you're going to ban someone, the explanation should come first, not get bolted on after the fact to a malfunction that hadn't even been announced yet — and it definitely shouldn't take silence in response to a direct, polite request to actually explain yourself.

Send in all documents they requested for a redemption. They will not email.me back after I sent the docs. Also tried the chat feature and no one is there or gets back to you. Other sites are so easy now to redeem. This was not worth it.

Screwed over a long time affiliate that had been promoting them for free. Off the list we go. edit: Was banned without payment.
