Very disappointed in this platform lately. My husband and I have put in quite a bit of money into Scrooge and we have had very few wins in the last few months. I'm supposedly VIP and eligible for Saturday withdrawal approval, but when I redeemed early afternoon on Saturday, I was told that only diamond members can be approved after 7 am my time. So for me to get my redemption on a Saturday, I would have to request the redemption by 7 am. That's insane. Why even advertise it. The previous few withdrawals I received in the past were approved within 30 minutes or less. Just seems very misleading. I even checked with customer service about my Saturday approval eligibility and they confirmed.

After already doing a sucessful redemption with scrooge I go to do another one and my request was rejected and they are asking me to provide copies and pictures of my cards on file and everything. I would understand if this was my first redemption but it's not and it's smaller than the first redemption. Why so hard to get money you won from their site? I am still being rejected from accessing the redemption center after sending them copies of things they requested.

Kristen. Scrooge was always one of my Favorites i honestly would have never thought if I hit big like I did 50k they would not pay me and close my account. I have to redeemed several times from Scrooge. It just don't make sense. It was a normal day playing end up hitting get up to 50k went to redeem some and instead they permanently close my account and will not answer me. That's crazy so just be careful.I really hope it doesn't happen to anybody else. That's life changing

At first scrooge was a great casino. I made it up to Gold and was treated like gold but then I self excluded because a representative was both pushing this gambling site and Jesus on Facebook and I know enough about the Bible to know that the 2 do not happily Co exist with each other. Anyways I decided to let that go and removed my self exclusion after a short 3 weeks maybe less only to find I was knocked down from gold to silver and now I've been bumped all the way to start. I noticed on my decline that this place only pays well if your the higher of the rankings as I NEVER WON NOT ONE SINGLE TIME when my ranking fell below gold, not even at silver did I win. Then again I've only won here and withdraw maybe 3 times 4 at most and never any substantial amount. The rep on FB is always boasting about the put the money to charity well indeed it goes someone because it's never returned to the player, I can vouch for that..I'm deleting my account as they have proven to live up to their name.

Games seem to be just empty spins. Many times trying and the games just don't pay. Same games on other sites. But here..not good.
