‘Was originally very disappointed that the item I requested was on back order. When it arrived it was defective. Working with their Customer Service Department was the best part of the transaction! There was no hassle or argument - such a delight nowadays. Scout and Nimble responded immediately after realizing the problem couldn’t be resolved over the phone. I received a replacement table within just a couple of days. Life happens … when a company stands by their word and product it makes your day. I can’t thank Kileigh enough for her help and professionalism.

I am an interior designer who has used scout and nimble for the first time. My experience was nothing short of fantastic. I had ordered some glass table lamps for a master. one came in broken and they were extremely quick to get a replacement sent out. I would continue doing business with them!
