Never again. I will never order from them again. None of their data talks to each other. They do not have any solid updates on orders that were placed months ago. You have to explain your situation every time you call them. It's a nightmare. Somethings were said they were in stock that weren't. I have talked to 5-6 different people that said they would help or that give me different answers on what is in stock now, what is going to be delivered, when I am going to get an update and it's typically wrong. They are all very nice people that work there and it's not their fault, per say, but the company is a failure. I DO NOT RECOMMEND it - even if it's cheaper than somewhere else.

I had trouble with website but the wonderful customer service woman took my order, handled all my shipping questions and expedited my item.

Similar issues as others. Placed an order 2/6/20 and called after 12business days for follow-up. I was then told the item would ship the following week. For another 1.5weeks, I received no notification. When I contacted them again after about 15business days and threatened to cancel, I was told that it had been shipped and that I would receive tracking info. Again nothing. On multiple repeated calls, I was told that I should get an email in the next day. Their party line seems to be that the tracking emails go to "spam" as they seem to state repeatedly on other reviews with similar complaints. I finally advised them that I would not be paying for the item as they could not confirm shipping as promised and I basically did not hear from them further. A big waste of time. Not a reliable company, poor customer service. Use someone that stands by their delivery and provides accurate information and not just something to get you off the phone.

2 weeks since I placed my order and nothing has shipped yet and no communication on what is going on with my order.

Had some issues getting a promo code to work online. Called customer service was able to help resolve the problem. They were very helpful on the phone. I have not received my order yet so I can only review my purchase experience.

One star because of shipping, it shouldn’t take a more than a week or so to send a package! So I canceled my order, didn't feel real comfortable with this company.

For such an expensive product, I would expect shipping to be MUCH faster. It has taken 13 days from the time I placed my order to receive my shipment! Costumers aren’t willing to wait this long anymore. I will update my review once I receive the product and if I hear back from the company regarding shipping.
