The grill came with a damaged grate holder, but they sent a replacement out Free of charge after a short call to them. The grill is amazing, creates high end steak house food in your home!

Best investment made on cooking equipment just the ideal meat crust on top but tender inside that I was looking for . I’ve cooked a good ribeye but these takes it to another level of taste . Easy clean thanks schwank for these great product highly recommend it .

Great service! Very responsive. On your third try you will produce the best steak of your life! We have a Ruth Chris three blocks away. I’ll cook a prime steak up against them any day. People don’t talk while they eat your steak. It’s that good!

Had been using my grill for maybe 6 months and it started flaming out on one of the infarared tiles. Contacted BB and had to return my unit for repair. Had to purchase a box to ship it since i had tossed it. All repaired under warranty with free ship very pleased with their response. PS: keep your box
