Problem Solved
I received my Schwank Grill by UPS and after following the directions with the installation, I had problems keeping the unit lite. I spoke with Schwank customer service department and they had my problem fixed in record breaking time. I still learning how to cook with Schwank Grills 1500 degrees temperature but so far it's been a perfect grill for our family. I highly recommend Schwank Grills. These are people who care about their product and do what they say. Thanks Troy K.

Person I spoke with was friendly and helped me with everything I asked. Resolved a weird checkout issue on the spot. If the grill arrives quick and is as good as the service so far, Im going to be a VERY happy customer!

This grill works perfectly
This grill works perfectly, my recommendation would be to not have it in a windy area because it will blow out easily.

We love our Schwank!
We love our Schwank! We use it every day for ribeyes. The steak comes out perfect. I've told all my friends about this fabulous "steak machine".
