You’re right — our Veteran/Military discount unfortunately can’t be combined with bundles, and I understand how that may feel frustrating. Bundles are already deeply discounted, which is why additional discounts don’t apply. That said, the discount can be used on just the grill itself. We’re always looking at ways to make our promotions more flexible. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope you are enjoying your grill.

Back in February, we were working through a backlog from the holiday season along with parts shortages, which unfortunately caused delays in shipping and slower communication than we’d like. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused, as clearer updates along the way would have made the wait easier. Since then, we’ve taken steps to improve our communication and provide customers with more timely updates. We truly appreciate your input!
