It cooks an amazing steak. I love a crusty sear and medium rare inside. The Schwank does require a little more clean up than a conventional grill. The grill shelf was hanging crooked. I called Andrew at Schwank and he sent a replacement at no charge. The customer service is excellent. Note: allow the propane to run for 10 seconds before engaging the igniter. So, great steaks, great grill, & great customer support.

Had a problem when I received my grill. Worked with customer service and received a new grill after returning the original. Very pleased with the whole experience. My new grill is a dream come true!!!

Excellent grill and fantastic service. Had a minor issue with the grill, and customer service addressed it immediately. Very pleased with the overall experience and the grill performs as described. I have two Weber grills - one natural gas and one propane, and those have now become the grills for veggies.
