I have called 3 or 4 times over the last week. No one answers the phone and I never get a call back. My grill is defective, and I need it repaired.

The grill has been awesome. I have cooked several steaks now and have had great results each time. The clean up isn’t so bad either because it comes apart so easily. Great grill and I would recommend it to anyone looking for that restaurant quality cook.

My steaks have never been cooked and seared as well as the Schwank has cooked them. The Schwank makes it all super easy and cleanup is easy with all the parts being able to be removed and reinstalled in no time at all. No more long cooks standing around waiting for the right heat, for the meat to cook, and best of all no flare ups at all. Highly recommend a Schwank to every one. Yes it is a little pricey but worth every Penney. I will never be without one! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The grill is MARVELOUS. The shipping wait time was 5 weeks, not great. They also forgot to put the gas hose and regulator in the box which added to the wait time.
