I bought my first propane powered Schwank grill about a month ago in an attempt to cook a high end steak found at the steak houses. Being a fair judge I’d say I went from the 60% level of a high end steak house to maybe 80% with the Schwank grill. I have a feeling the steak houses can buy better meat and I’m just starting out. The Schwank cooks from the top and does not flame up near the extent of a gas barbecue. Anyway I just purchased two more grills for my Alaska properties. So far I am very pleased, however, I did not buy the warrantees - as I never do. Too hard to keep track of. Great on Hamburgers and fish. Enjoy
