The shipping charges to Malaysia cost more than the items purchased. Something is not right here.
Response from Schwank GrillsOct 22, 2025
Thank you for your feedback. We understand international shipping can sometimes be costly, especially for heavy or bulky items. We’ll review the shipping options to see if there’s a way to make it more reasonable for customers in Malaysia in the future.

Excellent steaks off this grill, perfect customer service, haven’t tried pizza yet but cooked wonderful salmon and hamburgers, just have to practice on the height to the burners. Ribeyes and Filets easy peasy!

Food off this grill is the best. Takes some learning, but once you get it, works great every time. Currently cook more on this grill than any other appliance.
