5% discount code is a lie
They offer a 5% discount for signing up to there spam messages and the discount code doesn't even work at checkout. Says "Discount code not valid for your purchase item", the item I purchased was literally a Schwank grill wtf??
Response from Schwank GrillsSep 19, 2025
We’re very sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused. The 5% discount for signing up to our emails applies to individual Schwank grills, but unfortunately it cannot be applied to bundles. We understand this isn’t immediately clear at checkout and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve how we communicate these details. If you’d like, please reach out to our team directly at [email protected], and we’d be happy to discuss other ways we can assist with your order.

Ordered this grill for the first time
Ordered this grill for the first time. It was easy and fast. Nice website with all the necessary information to make a sound decision. Once I receive it and use it, I will give more information.

How about just being honest about the…
How about just being honest about the order time frame? As far as I know this order will arrive at some point in 2025.... maybe. Thats a problem when your customers are paying +$1200 for a grill and we get a thanks for your money and radio silence.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and the disappointment this caused during the holiday season. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to be left uncertain so close to Christmas, especially when this was meant as a gift. While high demand during our holiday promotion created unexpected delays, we recognize that this should have been communicated more clearly upfront so you could plan accordingly. When situations like this happen, we try our best to offer free items in compensation for the delay, as we never want our customers to feel let down. Your feedback is extremely valuable, and we’re taking it to heart as we work on improving both our communication and fulfillment during peak seasons. We deeply regret the inconvenience and frustration this caused and appreciate you giving us the chance to make things right moving forward.

This is what made my experience......
What made my experience great is that over the weekend you were sold out of the bonus package for the Schwank. When logging in today, we saw that it had been restocked. You've made my husband's Christmas. Thank you!

The son who has everything including a Birthday 3 days before Christmas
Well I felt like something’s were misleading in their advertisements but it’s that time of year. I had a hard time getting in touch with anyone but my message was returned within Hours. I was disappointed that the grill was not available to ship out with in 48 hrs as indicated. I already made my purchase, I was offered a refund but I decided to pay extra for quick delivery. My son has a BDay on the 21 of December, so I was glad we could resolve the matter. I know he really wants this grill.

Hi Susan, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad we were able to get things sorted so your son could enjoy his grill for his birthday. We appreciate your patience during the busy holiday season, and since then we’ve worked on improving our shipping times to help avoid delays. Happy grilling!
