I have nothing but compliments for this amazing bank. They serve both as a awesome checking account with interest as well as an investor account. They have outstanding customer service from anywhere in the world over their website or phone. They do not charge a penny on foreign transactions. As a world traveler this is essential for my needs. ATM charges they refund every fee around the globe as well. I've been thrilled with them now for well into five years.

I called this company as a new person that wants to invest in stocks first there was nobody to answer the phone and then when they did answer the phone they didn't know what stocks was and they asked me to go back to my country and they said take your business someplace else Please do not contact this company for any of your stocks needs

Terrible company. They took over TD Ameritrade so had to move all my TD stuff to Schwab. Didnt take long at all and was very easy however working with the company and how everything is setup is a pain in the a$$. Half the time when i try to login it will say 'incorrect username or password' even though it IS correct. F U Charles!!

I have been a Schwab customer for over 25 years but am sellling all my positions and closing my account today. Their new trading platform, Thinkorswim is a POS - period, end of the story. It cost me $2,000 last week on 2 trades and that was the final time to use the platform. and the amount they pay on cash balances sucks!

Charles crappy swab that’s what u should call them they don’t give u answers to your questions then when u drop yhry take there time Transferring my money .. Not a Credit account, but my money they suck if I could go live then zero zero I would do it

I use the Schwab Sink or Swim platform they took over and what a disaster. I will trade mini's or micro contracts that are 1 tenth of the actual contract. These crooks charge you a commission the same as if you traded a full contract. See other firms charge a lot less on this size future. On top of that they are adjusting your think or swim balance all day long after you have completed trading. Impossible to tell your net gain or loss for a day. Platfrom is great but Schwab sucks.

I have no idea what more I gotta do to get my money. I've done my bit, and they're just being total cons. Joining them was a huge mistake. When I vented this to my brother, he spilled the beans about the golden ticket, echelonis elitus which everyone's buzzling about. Just few months of getting on with them, they've managed to turn my downfall to wealth. Now I'm living the dream and ready to double down for even bigger returns. So grateful I jumped on that bandwagon.

Terrible customer service from several agents at Charles Schwab. I've been told twice that my request was received and would take 3 days to process. Then one week later I was told that no one had any record of my request. I'm told that I can save my chat history, because CS doesn't keep chat history, but have never seen the option to do so, so I lose any record of my chats. I'm starting to not trust the company. Too many lies, or just bad service?
