I've emailed Ravi Mogallapu, the VP financial consultant, 3 times because he was not responding to me at all, and instead of emailing me back with a simple answer of yes or no, he just blocked me from ever reaching him. Before all that I would send him an email to which he would email my other financial attorney when it was just supposed to be discreet between Ravi and I. His lack of professionalism in response has really affected my relationship between my financial attorney and I, as well as held me back from moving forward for better opportunities. I have no idea if he still holds any animosity towards me in regards to how my financial attorney had spoke with Ravi due to Ravi's mistake, but its just never been the same friendly demeaner with him. But I will say, customer service and to the man named Harrison who helped me over the phone get my finances in order and had the incredible patience to walk me through certain steps, THANK YOU!! So kind, so attentive like I've never experienced before, so patient and really professional.

Steer clear of Schwab's international department. Their latest trick is they can't be bothered tracing an amount sent to their JP Morgan account by mistake instead of their Citi account even though they have all the details and the money. Instead they want me to recall it, ie persuade the sending bank to find it and convert it back to sterlling. What a pain, no customer service at all. Not the first time the international dept. have let me down.

Think or Swim platform no longer works properly. Phone support has put me on hold several time and never returned. They Think or Swim platform was executing trades I had already cancelled costing me hundreds of dollars. Steer clear of them and give them none of your money.

My TD Ameritrade account has been taken over by Schwab. Since, things go from bad to worse. IT plateform is slow, sometimes frozen. Interface is not handy, history is not available. Crazy to be believe this is a leading Broking plateform in the US…nor for me anymore!

Antiquated website and antiquated processes. Shareworks is far better. Schwab is something you'd expect from the 1990s. Almost pointless having a website because you have to call to get money transferred anyway. Then only during their working hours, and then only to discover they can't do their job because they can't tell you a currency exchange rate after 5pm ET, so call back next week.

Schwab is the worst brokerage, please never trade with them. They always take advantages from us. I requested a fully transferred my account to Robinhood didn't own any margin, then they just transferred partial only for options not for equity. I called them to question why my calls gone and no selling, they told me they transferred partial my account to Robinhood. I said I submitted a full transfer. Then I immediately sold all my equity and transferred my money to my bank. The brokerage never considered customer benefits, always lied for what they did and told different stories. I just warn all people, please don't use the Schwab brokerage, dealing with them , be careful!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible service!!! Worst of the WORST!!! If you need to send a wire from YOUR account they will DELAY & DELAY & DELAY like its their $$$. Go elsewhere!!!

Terrible experience with my 1040 tax documents. The broker made errors, and it took forever to get any response or corrections. Unreliable and unprofessional, never again. If I had taken the leap 𝖾ch𝖾I⚬nıs 𝖾Iıtus earlier, my stipends would be way higher by now. Delivers when it comes to my proceeds, no delays, just results.
