We booked a flight previous to the recent one and we booked an extra suitcase with it, which was not in the booking information so United made us pay AGAIN. Now we had a ticket from Amsterdam to Rapid City which was 833.98 Dollars and they cancelled it yet took the money our of our account. We have called multiple times yet they claim to now have anything to do with it. Want my opinion? Yes straight from the airline is expensive. But losing 833.98 dollars is worse.

The deals and customer service is excellent at ScholarTrip. I want to call out the customer support agent Perliza Briones. I reached out to the agent to update my itinerary with some changes and she was very helpful in working with the airlines and updating the details. I would definitely recommend ScholarTrip to all my friends and family.

I was a bit suspicious of the prices that I saw for airfare on this site, but read some reviews here and decided to go ahead and purchase a ticket with my Credit Card. I immediately received my record locator for the airline and was able to check the airline's website to retrieve my booking. About 30 minutes after booking my flight was ticketed and I was good to go! Would definitely use this site again in the future. Great prices and fast service!
