I placed an order on Scheels for two pairs of shoes. It was quite expensive but I trusted Scheels. I waited 2 weeks and my package was still not delivered. I eventually emailed them regarding the situation and I did not get any help as they were not willing to contact USPS to find my order. They have not helped me with anything. All I want is what I paid for or at least a refund. I would not purchase from them again and will recommend no one does.

Everyone I met was truly exceptional, from the cashiers, the shoe department, the woman in the clothing department helping me find my items, the fitting room attendants, and other staff/management asking if I needed assistance . Every staff member was uniformly knowledgeable, even outside their department, attentive, and cheerful. Displays were well thought out, and pleasant to the eye. This is my and my wife's first time visiting Sheels and decided to visit the location in Colorado Springs. The facility is great and the staff are outstanding. Emma at the Visa Counter was warm, welcoming and exceptionally friendly. We had a great experience and of course left with items that I didn't even know I needed and am sure that I will love! Thanks!
