The representative was helpful in detailing the situation and talking with me. However Scheels is absolutely horrible to deal with. I ordered a case of .410 ammo given a delivery date and had a charge on my card, only for a WEEK later 1 day before the delivery date I get an email cancelling my order because now they were out of stock. Not out of stock when I ordered it, out of stock when a WEEK LATER, they finally bothered to try and ship it. They didn’t give me a credit they didn’t reorder it, they said it sucks we can’t do anything for you. I would never shop here after this experience.

Employees were pleasant and very helpful. And the process to buy the firearm was fairly quick.

The customer service team in every department are eagerly helpful. Especially Erik in the women’s shoe department and Samuel in sports. They have a wide variety of everything and anything you may need or want. The atmosphere is just great!

Ian in the bike shop at the Missoula store went above and beyond to get our repair under warranty from QuietKat. Great customer service and will highly recommend Ian and your store.
