I love the scent box and I'd recommend it to anyone

I love the concept of ScentBox. But I cannot review the actuality as I never received my orders in a reasonable time. I ordered from Scentbox.co.uk and yet my orders get shipped from America, First to the wrong address and was "available for collection" in tracking, with no card left at my flat, so no way for me to pick it up. Second supposedly to the correct address, but has been stuck unaccepted in LA for over a week. If you're propositioning yourselves as a UK seller, have UK distribution that doesn't have 7-15 day delivery times.

Excellent product. Love the chance to try expensive scents without buying a large bottle first. Packed beautiful and always come in a colorful Atomizer case. Love this subscription.

I have been a member for a couple of years and love my monthly shipments. Its a great way to try new scents and the customer service staff are always friendly and willing to help in any problem.

Wish I’d read these before I signed up. Didn’t receive my first month as my address was ‘wrong’, they asked me to go to my neighbour to see if they had it!!. Asked for another to be sent and still waiting. Price charged for month 2 was £15.93 not £11.93 like stated on the website- again explanation was that it was due to the original discount on the first perfume (which hasn’t come!). Numerous emails with no real explanation just seem to charge what they want, oddly second perfume had not arrived either- apparently takes up to 15 days. Stay clear, better perfume subscriptions out there, shockingly bad

It's a scam. First, if you subscribe for the basic membership, the only fragrances you can choose from are cheapies you can get under 50 bucks on discounters. Secondly, their decants are seriously watered down. There's almost no projection, longevitiy is about maximum 1 hour!!!!???? I happen to already own the bigger bottles of the scents I ordered and I know how they perform. It's a total scam. I am furious.

I have received an email from this company telling me my order has been delivered, not to me it hasnt, it is either a scam but the email address is the same they just got order number wrong, a bit worried to be honest but I have not clicked on any links just in case. What is going on???

Yo who ever Florence is is a captain hoe. And because I want a refund for a rude ass behavior now my calls are being ignored.
