Scentbox is a premium fragrance subscription service. I also use competitive services like Scentbird. I will start with my only real negative, the app. It is not an app, rather a website, and not a very intuitive site at that. I really wish they would invest in an actual app. Navigation is clunky and loads slow. That behind us it is all about the fragrances and there they shine! The selection of premium products is awesome. You will pay a bit more for “premium” and “platinum” level products. You won’t find most those products on the competitor services. I have sampled several colognes that would cost me $300+ for a full sized bottle and are most not available to smell locally. I have not got one yet that isn’t something I would wear, however $300-500 puts most of them at bottles I would have to be in love with to invest in one. I have bought a full bottle of one of my samples from Scentbox and it is one of my favorite colognes I have ever worn. The sprayers are very high quality as is the packaging it is shipped in. Customer service is great. I have easily paused and unpaused my subscription though I feel unsubscribing is going to be a pain when that day comes.

I ordered a scent that came in broken. I reached out to customer service and they have been so great!! I really appreciate how helpful and kind they are! I love this company!!

The perfumes they sent me were cheap knock-offs and unwearable. when I paused my account they re-activated it without my permission and charged me for another month. When I tried to rectify the situation they were very rude and the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. Do not waste your money.

BEWARE. I liked the subscription, but couldn’t afford it anymore after 5 months. They charged me over $77 for THREE more months afterwards, and I didn’t receive any boxes. I emailed them, and they said I was mistaken and charged me one more time. I had to go through my bank.

I was a little hesitant at first. Even skeptical. These are EVERYTHING. The scent range is obscenely good. I’ve already have my year of scents picked out and might grab another box for funsies.
