What a joke!
Ok so what an absolute joke. They are doing nothing to locate any parcel and never sent one in the first place ! They can reply to a message here yet ignore my personal messages and the ones I did receive didn’t make any sense. Ignore this website like the plague! They have no compassion, decency and are fake! Don’t reach out to me again because they are evil! If they were a real company I have no use for the gloves as I now have severe frost bite and can’t snowboard again.

I cannot figure out how the magnetic charging works. I already emailed this question and got no answer. I am inclined to refuse to pay for them.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Customer service has delays in responding. Promotion was a “bait and switch”. Major hassle to get a refund. Still haven’t got reimbursed fully. Don’t recommend doing business with this company.

Die Handschuhe sind grundsätzlich nicht…
Die Handschuhe sind grundsätzlich nicht schlecht verarbeitet. Leider ist die Heizleistung zu kurz und nicht stark genug. Die Akkus befinden sich in einem zu kleinen Fach. Der Anschluss liegt an einer ungünstigen Stelle. Also jedesmal rausfriemeln, Kontakt abziehen und Ladekontakte anbringen und umgekehrt. Die Kabel sind beim dritten mal kaputt gegangen sind. Die Firma hat mir heute einen kostenlosen Ersatz angekündigt, ohne dass ich die defekten Handschuhe nach China zurück schicken muss. Das ist vorbildlich

Order placed on november 14
Update; I finally got the gloves and they works fine. They sent me a pair of heated socks for the delay trouble with customer service initially caused by Canada post strike. Thanks SH Order placed on november 14, haven't left the facility, no answer to my mails.. 120$ us scam.. Order #10853 , As today jan 07 nothing is done.

Ich habe 2 Handschuhpaare zur Auswahl bestellt, 1 möchte ich behalten, das andere zurücksenden; wegen zu hoher Frachtkosten nach China, soll ich jetzt das 2. Paar behalten und sie wollen 30 % bezahlen. Unglaubliche Geschäftsmanieren, ich kann nur dringlichst davon abraten, mit dieser Firma Geschäfte zu machen.
