Krizza was an excellent communicator and very thorough!

Our experience was 6/5. From sales to delivery. Communication at every point was spot on. We received our 3 man Lugano Sauna and put it together with great ease (some pieces are heavier than others but with 2 able people, no problem!). We used it for the first time today (we needed to wait for electrician to install a designated line). We never used a sauna that did not have steam, we purchased the infrared option and really love it! Takes about 15 minutes to reach 145 degrees in our cold garage with outside temp in the high 30s. The Bluetooth speakers are clear and so easy to pair with our phone. So thrilled with our purchase and highly recommend Nordica; their customer service was excellent!!!! Chris was our sales agent- Thank you, Chris!
