Nordica Sauna made my purchase of our golden Designs full spectrum sauna extremely easy from the start, first off by being very helpful with all my questions about the many different types of units that they offer also I was looking for a certain size unit to fit into a particular area of my house, my rep Eric was very helpful and responsive in getting me all the needed information, which was very helpful for me making my purchase.

Great customer service - Matthew answered all of my questions (quickly and thoroughly!) and he set me up with a great sauna. No complaints.

After seeing great reviews online, I reached out to buy a sauna and couldn't be happier. The delivery was ahead of schedule, and the support was world-class. A huge thanks to Ez, who handled all my questions with speed and expertise. She even sent custom photo instructions for a technical adjustment I needed. Great product, even better people. Highly recommended!

Great people to deal with, ordered a Finnmark FD-3 and they reached out and asked me questions, I asked them questions. Sauna is 2 months out but that's not on their end. Hopefully it is a good sauna.

Eric and Jessica are amazing. I feel very good about placing my order with this company. I ultimately chose Nordica because of what I read on their customer service. I had many options to buy this sauna. I am so grateful I chose Nordica!!

Easy shopping.
