SatéurReviews of sateur.com

I’ve bought two pieces from Sateur. The designs, quality and craftsmanship are excellent. The timeframe from ordering to delivery was also very good. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and products.

I would give zero star, Fake company, they take the money but don’t send the product. They are fraudsters stay away.

The ring is bought was for an engagement ring for my beautiful feance and the quality is amazing for the price and my feance loves the ring she never takes it off

The ring is absolutely beautiful and the box is so unique. I love the way it sparkles would definitely order again!

Took a while for delivery Doesn't look as sparkly as I was expecting unless the sun or a light is shining on it

✨️Now l am a member of the Satéur family, l only wish l had purchased from them before. To my absolute surprise when l opened my box my eyes lit up with pure delight, what a beautiful piece of high quality and dazzling, simply stunning necklace.l will wear this with only me knowing my little Satéur secret as it really is true what they say, you can't tell the difference between Satéur gems and a natural diamond but your bank balance certainly does. From start to finish l recieved excellent 5star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️service and can not wait to now add to my collection. Thankyou Satéur for opening my eyes to really affordable luxury. As a lady always need lots of sparkle in your life,as the saying goes diamonds are a girls best friend ,well not anymore SATÉUR GEMS are.✨️

I placed an order with this company and it was shipped on the 12th of September. I had received emails from USPS stating the package was held due to insufficient postage. I reached out to Satéur as I had paid for everything already and they assured me it was all OK and not to worry. It has been sitting at USPS since September 12. Today is September 30 and I got an email from USPS stating my package was seized due to counterfeit postage. What?! I am disappointed and mad as my money has been taken and yet I don't have my item. I have reached out to Satuer regarding the newest development and have yet to hear how this will be remedied. Frustrating and disappointed. I will contact my credit card company at this point as well for fraud.

When I received my earrings I was so impressed and excited to open the beautiful box. Nothing could have prepared me for the beauty that awaited me. The earring box is exquisite as it lights up the sparkling colors of the earrings. I feel so beautiful when I wear them getting many compliments on my sparkling earrings which is priceless.
