I was promised that I would get my order in 10-12 days. It’s been almost a month now and there’s no sign of the order yet. I haven’t event got the tracking details yet. On top of that they are sending me an email mocking that “By now, your Satéur piece should be part of your story”. I would suggest them check the order details first before sending an email Like this.

So far I have purchased three items and all have been of exceptional quality. Compared to other Lab Diamonds I have purchased i can say in all honesty Sateur outshine the rest. Price is amazing, delivery may be a bit slow but well worth the wait. Will use them again as the wife loves them, and they look so good on her.

Order No: 59569. I didn’t receive my order at all, although it mentioned in the email dated 26/2/26 that the order will arrive in 7-10 days worldwide. There is no tracking for the order also. So I could not give any review. Please help me see what happen and, I’d be really appreciate if you look into this matter.

I ordered a ring and added as an impulse buy some earrings I have sadly only received the earrings and not the ring . I have emailed weeks ago and was told it would be on its way but have recieved no communication and have no idea almost 7 weeks on when it will be received. Poor customer journey

Astonished when I received the rings and the earrings. Was very sceptic when I ordered because of the price/promised quality. When opening the boxes I was astonished! Flawless bling bling. We gonne replace Swarovski with Satéur Jewelery!! The cool thing is that I received every day an email about the process of my order!!! Gift package is also amazing. Unique packaging for my gift on women’s day yesterday 8 March 2026!!

I have been messed about by SATEUR and been constantly sent generic messages by their BOT named Vinod Singh. I would not recommend buying from this company and I am now contacting my bank to find out my options against scammers. I will also advise Instagram. Shocking service and I should not have had to go to all of this trouble!
