Surprisingly great service!
Was asked to review their service before the service was completed, which I thought was odd. However, they did an excellent job on delivering the flowers on the same day as I ordered them. They made it on time and upgraded the order for the review. I read some of the poor reviews on this site and panicked, but had none of the problems listed here.

Florist scam. On 3/29/24 I placed an online order for…
On 3/29/24 I placed an online order for a flower arrangement and same day delivery. After I paid with a debit card and the money was deducted from my account I recieved an email that my order was canceled because they could not find a partner florist to design and deliver the arrangement and my money would be fully refunded. They did not make the refund, I emailed back asking that they make the transaction back to my card. It has yet to happen. BEWARE, THIS SITE IS A SCAM!

Just check reviews before ordering
they charge my account and canceld my order within few minutes after they charged my account. it was my sons birthday that I wanted to send him a gift they disappointed me.after all I checked the reviews and it seems it’s not just me who went through the same issue but many other customers who have been through this issue before.

Hello there! Your refund was issued prior to this review so please can you look again? I have also re emailed you the receipt direct from the bank. Sorry your order was undelivereable by our local florist partner and we worked with them so that this issue does not happen again!

I ordered flowers for my daughter's…
I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday, but the order was cancelled by Sarata. They said they could not deliver them and apologize saying I would receive a refund. It's been over two weeks now and no refund. I have emailed them and they keep saying they will refund my money. I called my bank and they said it takes a week for a refund to post. I googled the name and it's no longer showing a Gastonia address.
