SCAM OR NOT? Still waiting for a refund
Like many others I ordered flowers and received an email to say they could not fulfill my order and would refund the money. I’m still waiting……… several emails sent. I am so annoyed with myself as I usually check companies before I order or I use PayPal for security

If i could give no star i would
If i could give no star i would. This place is unprofessional please DO NOT EVER. I REPEAT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My clients father passed Her friend was Devastated that she could not make it she called and ask me to order 2 Very nice Arrangements for her She sent the instructions , i called. Place the order. 2 days before the funeral call tuesday was told it was delivered, fast foward, i get to florida And the flowers were not there 👀 called the company no proper explanation more than their partner could not. Do the flowers so they canceled. But forgot to notify me had the nastiest attitude towards the situation not comforting at all needless to say my clients friends gesture was a flop thanks to SARATA. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO CLOSE BECAUSE. 75% of there reviews are horrible. Its obvious they are scamming ppl i will be reporting the. to the BBB!!!! This is unacceptable

There is no Ann Cole in our system and neither is your email! Perhaps ou have ordered from a different platform? Please provide an Order Number

This site is definitely a SCAM! They canceled my order and did NOT refund me. It also ended up costing me more to have something from someone else deliver in time after the last-minute cancellation... Will report them to the BBB!!

Stay away from these scammers
Stay away from these scammers! They will charge you and then tell you they cancelled their order and you will receive a refund which never will come! They need to be caught and prosecuted for theft!

Hello! Hello I looked at thebank and your refund was given prior to your complaint here. Would you please look for Sarata? I have also emailed you again the receipt direct from the bank. So you know we send thousands of orders and maybe you see a few reviews here but this represents only .01 percent of our business and so we hope you can come back to u again because we work hard for all our customers!

This is my first time buying flowers from Sarata…
This is my first time buying flowers online from sarataflorist.com. I was initially happy with the offered selection. I also appreciated the ease of ordering as well as the purchase confirmation at the site and via email. If that wasn't enough I received a phone call of a sarata customer service agent who verified the delivery address and contact information. I call that premium service which will bring me back for future orders. Thank you so much!
