Kennet was very helpful with my decision to send a basket of blooming plants to express our condolences. Kenneth also offered to increase the size of the basket without additional charge. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. After having spoken to several florists it was an easy decision to place my order with Kennet at SarataFlorist.

FRAUD!! I hope you people have somebody do to each of you personally, exactly what you’ve been doing to all of us! This was my daughter’s first time away from home for her birthday and all I wanted was for her to feel loved by receiving flowers but you destroyed that! I will make it my mission to inform as many people as possible to destroy this company and have you closed down! Shame on me for falling for your scam, but you picked the wrong Mama to screw over!

They stole my money too. I came here to look at the reviews and I was not disappointed. I’ve been emailing them and every time you get the same reply stated that you will be refunded but never do. I’m going to contact my bank to see if they will be able to help because this is so annoying stealing ppl money like that for no reason. Stupid scammers F ya’ll. This is the stupid order number 198915.

Stanley Hellooo Would you please check again your bank for Sarata? I have checked and repushed for the refund and so Im actually clueless as to what the issue here is but the bank is telling me the refund is processed! If you still do not see a refund by tomorrow please let me know and I wıll absolutely call the bank again. I have also emailed you the refund receipt direct from the bank. Im trying hard for you and so please keep the communication channel open with me and we will solve it together!

Placed an order on 4/16/2024 for delivery. They took my money and 30 mins later, I received an email like everyone else that the order was cancelled without any explanation as to why. Tried reaching out to them by phone I was hang up on. So reached out to my bank to dispute charges. After researching them further online, I see this is a huge scam. I don't know how they manage to stay in business.

If I could do no stars I would. My ordered go canceled and they said I would be issued a refund and I never received one. Don’t get scammed like I did.
