DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM SARATA I was searching florists on an FTD search and this scam company came up. Their MO: I placed my flower order over the phone. The next day I got a email stating that the florist was unable to deliver the flowers and that I was to get a refund. NO REFUND. I did some research and there are scores of customers that were scammed in the same way. AVOID!!!

Worst business to deal with. I ordered flowers, got no confirmation of ordered, no flowers delivered, no explanation why, no contact that deliver wasn't made. A weeks later I am still waiting for refund. Customer service is foreign sourced and difficult to deal with. STAY AWAY!

I placed an order for my friend's bday which they couldn't fulfill. They quickly sent me an email with a confirmation # for a full refund. It took several emails back and forth, including apologies and assurances that the refund had been issued and assurances from me that I'd give bad reviews and contact their state's Atty General before the issue was escalated to the CS General Manager who apologized again. My bank finally received the credit 3 days short of 1 month.

On May 7, 2024 I ordered flowers from Sarata Florist before checking the reviews. I received an email stating order was placed and within 15 minutes I received an email stating my order was cancelled. I tried calling Sarata Florist but they would not answer the telephone. I called my bank but it was too late to stop the transaction. Now I have to wait a few days to dispute this transaction. DO NOT ORDER ANY FLOWERS FROM THIS FLORIST. Update: Refund was received and my account was credited on May 10, 2024 Matter is resolved. Thanks for your help.

Hello Veronica, Im so sorry to hear about your experience and will absolutely look into why we never answered the phone for you. Your refund was processed immediately and so please look into your account by tomorrow. Also I looked into your order deeper and it was not ent out because our local florist partner could not make the arrangement you purchased so in this case we refunded you immediately so you can either purchase something else or try with another flower delivery service. If you need me Im here and feel free to ask me anything you want!

I ordered flowers 18 days ago. Very next day received an email that order was cancelled & to allow 2-5 business days for refund. I have called them 3 times & they keep saying wait a few days. This is ridiculous & will never order thru them again. Do not use this company!
