I ordered flowers for my sister in another state after she had emergency surgery from Sarata... unfortunately I read the reviews later. What a mistake. Everything was saying they refunded their money because they couldn't fulfill their order, but they were not refunded until months later. Lo and behold, I received an email later in the day saying they refunded my money... it was too late in the day to order different flowers for my sister. I order flowers for my sister to be delivered on 4 of December 2023 they cancelled my order and said that they make a full refund. Now it is 4 of May 2024 and I am still waiting for my refund!!! Such a scam company!!!!

Update: Today is May 14th and i still have not received my refund. My bank is handling it so i will get my money back. I would give 0 stars! Horrible company! Scam!!! I ordered flowers to be delivered for my mom's birthday. About 30 minutes after I ordered I received an email stating they couldn't find a partner florist to deliver and I would receive a refund. I ordered on April 11th. On April 24th I emailed them asking when I would receive the refund. Got another email from the customer service manager Margaret Reys on April 25, 2024 stating she was on top of it and I would receive a refund as soon as possible. I emailed her on May 2, 2024 and still have not heard back from them or her. They took my money with no problem. It's 8 days away from being a month ago that I ordered flowers and have NOT received a refund yet. Horrible service!

this business are horrible, they asked me for place the order submit a review before i receive the flowers, i said no, until i see the arrangements they insisted to give 5 stars and i told them why they insist, now i know why,!the arrangements are not the same they showing in their website, was horrible!!! i feel so bad for my daughter in love when i asked to send me the pictures. don’t waste your money here. scammers

I just want to know where my refund is after you canceled the order for whatever reason and than sent a refund email. I see that I’m not the only one.

I placed an order from them on 4/17. The next day I received a message from them that my order was cancelled and I would receive a refund. I sent a message and I not had a response. I will be file complaint with the BBB also.

I ordered a plant package on 1st March to be delivered on 2nd March and I got a email stating my order was canceled and payment was refunded. It has been almost 2 months and I still have not received my payment . Order # 158282.
