I still haven’t got my refund . I Called twice and they keep telling me it’s coming .. they both said different things definitely wouldn’t order from this place. They seem shady. Not reliable at all I made an order at 9 AM and they canceled it hours later when it was too late to call any other place. Would never order from them again

Shortly after I ordered the flowers, I received an email stating they could not fill the order. They stated that I would receive a refund...I'm still waiting, so I looked them up on the better business bureau site and found that Sarata has over 600 complaints. Beware!

This is a Scam !!! I purchased some flowers and couple balloons to cheer a friend and after paying promptly I got the notification that they canceled my order and that money was fully refunded and called when I noticed money wasn’t there and I still don’t receive anything they said it take few days but has been weeks , please don’t buy from this website !!

SCAM! Charged my Credit Card and I called back to add something to my order and they told me it was cancelled because they don't deliver in that area. I said, why would you take my cc info knowing you don't deliver to that area. She said it would be credited back. It's not. I got scammed.
