Ordered a zipper poncho and received a sturdy well made garment to use over and over again, rather than use and toss dime store product. Color is beautiful and poncho covers well. Received in a very timely manner

Cheap Look and Misleading
The product has a cheap look, not as described either. Color said white and it turned out to be of a beige color.
Response from SaphiRoseJun 30, 2026
Thank you for your honest feedback, and we sincerely apologize that the product did not meet your expectations. We regret to hear that you found the quality to look different from what you expected, and we also understand your disappointment regarding the color — we can see how receiving a beige shade instead of white would be frustrating. Please know that we take your comments seriously. We have already shared your feedback about the color and material with our production team to review our product descriptions and images. We would really like to make things right for you. Please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist with a return or exchange according to our 30-day return policy. We truly appreciate your patience and your help in improving our products. Thank you for giving us the chance to do better.
