The ordering was easy
The ordering was easy, not complicated. I feel as a customer we should have a choice of how we want the order shipped. Other than USPS. I tracked my order from start to deliver. Once it arrived in Kansas City it was there 4 days. That is just crazy to me.

Returning items a little tricky.
Ordering was easy, the poncho came quickly, and seemed to be good quality-it just wasn't what I wanted. I followed Saphirose’s return policy and sent an email to the address given on their website. I expected to hear back within 24 hours as written on their website but they didn’t seem to be receiving my emails. Once they saw my review, they were extremely quick to respond and made sure that I had the information I needed to return the poncho. Thanks for following up Saphirose! I’ll add another star once I receive the refund.

Better for cooler months
Reviews didn’t mention anything about sweating in the suit like a lot of other companies products did so I bought it. Unfortunately it is too warm for summer in my opinion. I will save it for cooler weather and continue my search for a lighter one. I had a Columbia suit that was great but the reviews on latest say not breathable on those also. Frustrating.

Prompt Shipment, but FBA Not Disclosed
Product arrived promptly, but was not advertised as FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon). I avoid Amazon intentionally, so was displeased to discover this only after placing my order.

Both our official store and our FBA warehouses are owned and operated by us. Regardless of the variation in warehouse addresses, rest assured that our items are of consistent quality. We will ship from several warehouses at random, taking into account inventory levels and the address of the order.

No pockets

I received my order as described.
I received my order as described. However, I paid extra $20 for express 2-3 day shipping. The order arrived in that much time. HOWEVER, the order did not ship for 3 days once I ordered and paid. I was trying to get it to arrive prior to a tropical storm that was coming through and the order arrived the day after the storm went through due to taking 3 days to initially ship.
