What a dire excuse of a bank. Spanish. Foreign. European. Only to be expected I suppose, they’re way down at the bottom in satisfaction surveys. Opened another ac with this useless organisation yesterday. They then proceeded to freeze both accs so I couldn’t make any transfers. So I ended up overdrawn. You couldn’t make it up. Went into the local branch in Falmouth, Cornwall. They were unable to help. Couldn’t get through to anybody on the dog. Online chat didn’t work either. I’ve complained through Resolver. I don’t expect a resolution any time soon.

It's ok. The worse is when you travel.

Diese Bank ist nur eine Farce! Versuche nun schon mehrmals ein Sparbuch mit mehreren Tausend Euro zu kündigen. Nö, ich soll zu Filialen in Baden-Württemberg anreisen. Aus Rheinland-Pfalz. Hey, geht´s noch?

I had no idea Santander had such poor reviews! Now I know why! If you are travelling be very careful which cards you are using and where. I used Santander debit card to withdraw 300 EUR. Firstly the ATM machine has charged me 3.95 EUR transaction charge, and later after checking my bank account I learn that they’ve charged me £298 for 300 EUR ! Exchange rate for that day was 1 EUR = 0.86 GBP ! After calling the bank and a long conversation with Santander, blaming the master card first and then the actual ATM machine, I was offered no logical explanation as to why my account was debited using such high exchange rate, or by whom! Also be warned that the cash machines give you a receipt AFTER the transaction has taken place. So prior to that you are given no information or options to chose from. Another words they debit your account with any amount they like and with any exchange rate they like, and give you a receipt afterwards explaining what they’ve done to you, and with your approval !! Outrageous ! And Santander has allowed for this transaction to happen, debiting your account and with no logical, fair or acceptable explanation. Just so that I’m completely clear on this. Having read the receipt, and I note that Mastercard states that I’ve been offered a choice of currencies. It further notes that a currency conversion process has also been offered and I’ve chosen not to use it! That’s diabolical! NONE of the above was offered to me BEFORE THE TRANSACTION, and in any shape or form. The receipt with above statement comes out AFTER the transaction has taken place!! So that’s what we can now expect from the banks and what is done with our money , in this case Santander!

Husk at læse godt op på deres safe forsikring. Jeg tænkte jeg var dækket da jeg blev syg med en psykisk belastningsreaktion og blev fyret. Men desværre, psykisk sygdom dækker den ikke. Ja jeg burde have læst det, men det havde jeg ikke. Da jeg så kontakter dem med henblik på en aftale om fremtidig betalning er deres gebyr så høje at det på ingen måde kan betale sig. Ikke meget hjælp at hente. Måske det havde været anderledes hvis jeg var dårlig betaler, men det ønsker jeg ikke at være.

Arbeitslosenversicherung zieht bei jeder Überweisung 6-8 Euro des Betrags ab, Kündigung der Arbeitslosenversicherung die nicht greift,"nur unter Zusendung von neuem Arbeitsvertrag möglich", durch Krankheit Dauerarbeitslos die folgenden Jahre, keine Chance die ABL-Versicherung zu nutzen noch zu kündigen. Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Satans Bank. Über 10 Jahre 2800€! von 1300€ Kreditrahmen eingezahlt, überzahlt. Dennoch werden per gerichtlichem Mahnverfahren jetzt weitere Schulden generiert, 900€, Entgegenkommen von Bank und Inkasso seit 2018 unmöglich, Schuldenfalle Santander. Borgt euch lieber was bei Omi.

Jeg blev pålagt et gebyr på kr. 750,- for sletning af pant. Jeg kontakter tinglysningskontoret for at høre, om det rigtigt nok koster 750,- at slette pant. Næh nej, det er skam gratis. Jeg beder efterfølgende ad to omgange Santander forklare det ekstra gebyr... Ingen respons. Absolut kritisabelt.

Santander ist eine Katastrophe. Auf der Homepage gibt es weder eine Mailadresse, noch eine Telefonnummer. Es ist unmöglich, mit der Bank in Kontakt zu treten. Besser, man meldet sich dort gar nicht erst an.
