He showed excellent customer service skills and was so very helpful not only to me but the elderly gentleman before me. He is soft caring tones speaks volumes and to have him at the front desk was and is a very wise move by the Manager. He will go far in life. Such young people, our future demonstrate they care and in turn makes the customer feel welcomed and listened to

UPDATE with Santander Consumer USA UPDATE: August 18, 2026. I have been contacting Santander and you hold on 30 minutes and then they hang up. I just wanted assurance that they would take all 3,000 of my back payment and not give me the car back. As I previously stated I NEED the car to attend my doctor’s visits which are numerous. I am paying the money now, and I pray that they won’t back stab me. I have had a problem securing employment because my disability requires accommodations. NEW UPDATE: I was able to get my car back from Santander USA, but the tow company Alpha Recovery was a dusty hole in the wall They took my car all the way to St. Paul. Then I asked them to tow my car, the owner was reasonable and charged me 400 to get back to Rochester, but they used a PICK UP truck with a hitch and the guy was young and not experienced. He had trouble backing up and putting the car into the parking space. He got out several times to check and in the process he tore a metal plate off my car. He then tried to hurry out of the lot as fast as he could go, but we caught him by telling him his boss was on the phone. He got out pretending he could not speak English well. The owner tried to deny the damage but that guy tore my car up. We have a witness, video, and pictures to prove the damage occurred in transporting the car back to my area. I contacted Santander they promised to put an escalation on the damage and to get back with me.

Tienen el peor servicio al usuario. Siempre me queje cuando tenia que realizar alguna gestion con este banco y hoy para dar de baja una tarjeta solo puede ser presencial, SOLO en sucursal ejido y el horario es de 1 pm- 5pm. Hay que pedirse el dia laboral para ir a dar de baja una cuenta ? pero para abrirla es online. Cobro por ITAU y la verdad, es inevitable no comparar el servicio que tienen al usuario.

Ich bin schon lange Kunde bei Santander und war bisher eigentlich immer zufrieden. Aber jetzt habe ich schon seit 10 Tagen keinen Zugang mehr zum online Banking. Die Nerven liegen blank, es ist unmöglich, einen Mitarbeiter am Telefon zu bekommen, man bekommt immer nur einen Bot, egal, welche Nummer man anruft. Am Freitag ist es mir endlich gelungen, das Kontaktformular auszufüllen und abzuschicken, das war letzte Woche auch nicht möglich. Seitdem warte ich auf eine Rückmeldung.

Después de más de veinte años como clienta Santander Select, recibí un trato inaceptable al intentar realizar una transferencia internacional de fondos propios y debidamente justificados. Durante casi un mes me hicieron pasar por una situación de estrés y nervios, solicitándome reiteradamente la misma documentación y proporcionándome información contradictoria, para finalmente rechazar la operación sin fundamentos ni una explicación clara. Posteriormente, pude transferir esos mismos fondos sin ningún problema a través de otra entidad. Una verdadera falta de respeto y una enorme tomadura de pelo después de tantos años como clienta. Nunca más. Aconsejo acudir a otra entidad si no quieren pasar malos momentos por la absoluta ineficacia de Santander.

I tried to make an International payment to China for goods (polyurethane pads) that I had made many times previously and the bank have held my money for more than a week while they make "regulatory and statutory checks". They have repeatedly lied about what had happened to this transaction until they finally admitted yesterday that this was the case. There is no possible reason for their action and I have answered all their questions but they will neither process the transaction, nor cancel it, as I have requested (in order for me to make the transfer through another bank). Do NOT bank with this organisation.

I made the mistake of using one of their ATMs, and when I declined their outrageous conversion rate, their ATM cancelled my transaction but still took the money out of my account. I reported this to WISE and Santander responded by sending WISE a falsified ATM log that was missing a page. These people are just liars and thieves.

Will be suing you for everything you got then will force you to shut down.
