Great floor sweepers and the people are very nice to work with

I ordered a replacement part I needed and it was shipped and delivered as I expected

So far I've used this on tile floor and rug. Good suction but rather loud. Light weight. I still need to use the shampoo. Hoping to get to that in a week or so. Picked up lots of dust, and dog hair. Awesome 👍

Showed up 4 days after it was promised. I called your company and asked for a supervisor to return my call. Nobody returned my call! Felt like you got our money and didn't care if we were satisfied or not!

Carpet machine works great I just wish the hose locked on tighter it tends to pull out if you pull on the hose. But it has great extraction power

Nazareth was extremely helpful. After describing the problem, he knew what I needed and ordered the item immediately which came within 2 business days.

Delivered ahead of what was scheduled and this was great because we needed them for an audit. And we passed.
