It was a late order as I didn’t realise it was coming from overseas to Australia and it arrived just in time for Christmas, my granddaughter absolutely loves it, so calming for her as she studies

I did not know how to use the syringe I now have too many bubbles and the sand doesn't move. I have asked what to do but no one has responded so now I have stuck sand art.

Do not deal with this company from outside the USA. Their customer service and support is appalling. Despite what they say on their website, they resist all attempts to return items bought from them. Although "sand art" itself can be an attractive form of art, the products that this company sells are cheap and unattractive, The frame is made of a cheap black plastic that is not attractive to look at. UPDATE: 9th March 2026 after reading vendor response. I completely accept that some customers may think highly of Sand Art products, but in my opinion the Sand Art 360º Light is made of cheap black plastic and is not an attractive item to have in your home as a piece of art. I just do not appreciate cheap, black Chinese made plastic. It is TOTALLY untrue that the vendor offered me the chance to return the item, I quote from an email the vendor sent me : I see that you are in the United Kingdom, and the problem is that we do not have a return address there. We only have one in the United States. Eventually I was offered a 25% refund which I decided to accept as I had other things to do in my life. I have just learned that everyone should avoid mail order from small overseas vendors. AVOID buying from this vendor from outside the USA

The product you received is exactly the same as shown on our website, and the material specifications clearly indicate that the frame is made of plastic. We always aim to describe our products transparently so customers know what to expect. The majority of our customers are satisfied with their purchase, as reflected in many positive reviews. We also offer alternative models made with different materials, including options other than plastic, which are clearly available on our website for customers who prefer a different finish. Regarding the return, we did provide you with the official return address in accordance with our policy. Unfortunately, you chose not to proceed with the return. We do not resist returns, but they must follow the conditions clearly outlined on our website. We remain available to resolve matters fairly and professionally.
