I am glad I got rid from Sana. the worst health insurance I ever had. Maybe it works for people inside Texas but it's bad for other states. Please delete me from your email list. I don't want to receive more emails from you. Sana messed up with my primary health care and the system in my state. I ended in collection because you didn't want to pay neither 30% of the Dr. bill. You stressed my out with a lot of phone calls I had to make then you passed me to a third party company to handle it and they were slow. It took me about 8 month to resolve the first problem and you wanted to start the same for the second visit to my dr. You didn't cover my annual physical medical bill. When I asked for it before doing you said yes. You would cover. You really have very bad process to handle insurance claims. The mess it didn't happen one time... it happened twice

Amazing customer service, great benefits, I never felt like I was being left in the dark about anything, great reimbursements, it was always so easy to be in touch by email and your website is so easy to use. Thank you so much for everything!

I have been working with you since August to take care of some testing fees. (This is the end of Nov) I constantly receive a letter stating you are not paying, while getting a email stating you have turned it over to Payor Compass to negotiate with the facility. I have spoken to the provider numerous times and Payor Compass is very slow to respond to them on negotiations. SANA keeps sending s a form letter to the provider stating they are not paying so I get turned into collections. The right hand should be aware of what the left hand is doing. This has caused a lot of confusion and Payor Compass sucks at following through with anything.... yet you keep "assuring me" by email that you are "working on it". I am the employer that chose this plan for my employees... if this is how you treat all your claims we will not be renewing nor recommending SANA.

Sana has been Great! We have just completed our first year with Sana and I have had no complaints or gripes of any sort. They are on top of everything. They are very patient when we are not on top of everything and the customer service id outstanding. Good Job Sana! Thank you

Your representatives do NOT explain why they change a group from quoting it on a fairly competitive basis to a decline when the oldest person on the Group is removed due to going on Medicare! Very embarrissing to try to explain!!! This was a Group that already had hesitations to change to you from BCBS because of provider name recognition!!

The communication, the 2 week time period given for open enrollment, automatic re-enrollment for employees who dont plan to change their plans. I can't speak highly enough of how easy this open enrollment was. I could've done it in my sleep.
