Sana does not do JACK CRAP!!!!! You send EVERYTHING you do to 3rd parties and make the member deal with it! Far and beyone the WORST Insurance I have ever had!

Helpful & Caring
Sana was really helpful during my recent hospitalizations this year. They took initiative in making sure that I received an optimum level of care by advocating on my behalf and connecting me with additional resources. Also following up to reassure that everything was legit.

Sana has the best customer service team…
Sana has the best customer service team of any industry I have ever experienced. I really hope all employers become partners with this outstanding company. They solved a great issue we had with some hospital bills and they have amazing perks, like free coaching, free virtual pediatric appointments, free back therapy at home and lots more.
