Company not known by providers, and our provider had to call in to confirm and I was also on the phone and couldn't get thru to anyone. What an experience! As we waited for all to clear prior to seeing our provider. I am grateful we arrived 30 mins early to our appointment, because of this reason. I rate you 1 star due to delays with your unknown company.

Overall, good. Our employees like Sana. Currently many of our people are experiencing an issue with their pharmacy benefits and others such as Vida. They were notified their coverage ended even through we just renewed for 2023 and everyone selected new plans.
