My rep, Janet Grundstrom, is awesome! Always helpful and responsive. She makes working with Sana simple and easy, which is great for an HR department of one. Communications from Sana are consistent and clear.

The lady that I spoke to initially was very nice and helpful. She did exactly what she said she was going to do. My doctor will accept my insurance.

Because you differ from traditional insurance providers you need to teach in much more effective manor. What you did was just spin absolute chaos on our family. Our Doctors would not even send you a invoice. That reaction was not due to zero reason. You caused a ton of problems and confusion with my own family and that of my peers because NO ONE from SANA choose to be proactive and meet with my company about what you are and how to use ur platform. I will tell everyone a frickin know about our experience with you guys, one of which I could write a book about. I will quit an employer before going through this again.

I called into the pre-certification dept on 12/28/2022 and left a message, never received a phone call back. I was needing to know if my surgery for 12/29/2022 had been called in by my doctor. Wasn't to comforting not knowing before I went in for my surgery on the 12/29 if my surgery was going to be accepted for payment. I still don't know.

Hi Cathy! I took a look into your prior authorization request made by your provider and it does appear it was approved. I do apologize that you were not updated appropriately. Typically the workflow is to update the provider. We certainly do our best to return phone calls in a timely matter. I'm sorry that we did not meet this expectation. Thank you for bringing it to our attention so we can refine our systems to improve patient care!

if there was a way to give you no stars I would have. your company is a scam and a joke. Ive tried to unsubscribe but you persist in pestering me with these stupid emails. We(my company) dropped you after 2 months because you were a joke with no coverage.
