I have to say I live in Ohio and the best place to go is samuels but I just found out that they closed the store in the Springfield mall and moved the best manager to the fairfield mall so I will follow the store manager Vicky Edwards there.

I placed an order online going on 2 months ago now. I have called numerous times since and left several messages to get an update on my order with no response back from anyone. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!!! Update: I finally got ahold of someone at their corporate office, 1-877-726-8357. I was told that the person handling their internet sales customer service department left suddenly without notice and they haven’t had anyone in place until now. They transferred me to someone else, don’t remember his name now, who proceeded to tell me that my order would not be able to be fulfilled. When I asked why, he said due to unforeseen circumstances with their vendor and not being able to source the materials anymore. So much for my wife’s anniversary present that we’ve been patiently waiting for.

Non Existant Customer Service I had bought several items from Samuel's Jewelers both in store and online. Until my most recent purchase I was very happy. I ordered two pearl necklaces online, only received one. I've tried their Customer Service line for eight days, apparently this company's touted CS consists of an answering machine, and no humans. So far, and probably, I'm out two hundred dollars. VERY DISSATISFIED!

I ordered a ring that was on clearance for my niece for her birthday with the infinity symbol, which is a special symbol between us and she loves it, she said she's going to wear it all the time. I am very pleased with my purchase
