“I was interested in buying a brand new GSM phone for the business purpose. Being a business traveler, I have to run from pillar to the post for the business purposes and a GSM phone is my requirement. I had bought two GSM phone before meeting Sam Stores and was not satisfied at all with the quality and performance of the products. Finally, I arrived at Sam Stores and explained the staff what I was actually looking for. They understood what I was expecting for them. They attended me in a friendly manner and gave me exact solution to my queries. With in ten minutes, I had a phone of my choice. I don’t believe I found it within 10 minutes. Sam Stores not only attended me properly but also gave me the GSM phone of my choice at an affordable price tag. I can’t believe that there is an online electronic product store that offers a wide range of GSM phones that burn no hole in our pocket. I purchased what was supposed to be a reconditioned LG dryer from Samstores a couple of months ago. The dryer did not work and Samstores was totally rude and uncooperative when I called and emailed. After a week of no response, someone called and told me that LG would be contacting me for repairs. That never happened and was in fact a lie. After contacting LG directly, I discovered that the serial number had been removed, therefore LG would not honor what should have been a one year warranty. I am now out $520.00 and have to dispose of a dryer that doesn't work. My credit card company denied my dispute because I would not pay hundreds of dollars for freight to return the dryer in hopes that these scammers might actually return my money, minus their shipping charges. Their return policies are part of their scheme and they know exactly how to work the system to steal people's money. The sad thing is nobody cares and they just keep getting away with it. DON"T BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM!

I had some tapes from over seas i wanted to watch but wasnt able to due to the herds,however then i bought this dvd/vcr combo which was 110 to 220 volts,50/60 herds, and now i can watch all kinds of tapes from the all over the world, i love it.

Don’t even think about dealing with them! They’re lying, untrustworthy, rude and always late. And they pretend to be right. Their products often don’t work properly and their policy is made only to protect them self and to allow them to cheat you. I ordered a cell phone that was supposed to be unlocked and I got a locked one. After a few calls they told me to send it back, assuring me that they would send me a new one and they would refund me also for the shipping charges. I sent it back. I got the new phone and it didn’t work properly. I called them again and they told me to send it back again, assuring me that they would refund me both for the phone and for all the shipping charges. I’ve never been refunded! And I was really in a hurry because I was leaving the country, I called them many times and they always promised me to be on time, but they never were. I almost missed a flight because of their delay. And I’ve never been refunded for the time I lost with them and for the dozens of calls I had to make. For a few months they kept assuring me that I would have been refunded for all the expenses and the phone (it wasn’t my fault at all that I got 2 broken phones). Only 3 months later I finally spoke with Peter, the worst guy there. He was really rude and he accused me to lye. Unfortunately all the promises I got from them were made at the phone, I don’t have anything written down. They’re so good in such kind of things! They know how to cheat you avoiding the law! At the very end I got a GPS navigator from them because they didn’t want to give me my money back, even if they promised me to do that before I ordered the first phone (otherwise I wouldn’t ever bought the phone, and they knew that). But they didn’t refund me for the shipping charges (to get the phones and the GPS, and to send them back), even if their products were bad working so it was their fault and not mine. I lived in the US for 3 years and I bought a lot of stuff. I had terrific experiences with everyone I dealt with, except the Samstores guys. They represent the worst American experience I had! I strongly hope that everybody shall avoid to buy anything more from them, so they will not have the chance to cheat someone else like they did with me.
