That was my first experience with samstores. I bought refurbish item from them. Previously, I always gone before big names but thank God I was not disappointed. I got a good price and my item before the expected time. I must say they deserve customers.

I wish I could give this company NO stars! The first time I called I was told that my order was back ordered. I was told I needed to wait two weeks. The next time I called they said the order should be on its way within a day or so they created a shipping label with UPS. HOWEVER I never got the package, in fact the package never left the warehouse. The company added a label for UPS and package tracking but UPS told me that they had never received the package. The company created a second shipping label and this time I was sent a package. I hooked up the DVR/ DVD player and I played a DVD for about 40 minutes when the Unit froze and stopped working altogether! I called the company and they emailed to me a form so that I could return the item. I went to the post office and paid $14 to ship the item back to the company the company then refused my return and the DVD player was sent all the way back to me. When I called the company to ask what happened they could not give me a manager. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

We are sorry for the inconvenience. The first package was lost by UPS.A tracer was open by UPS.You can call UPS with tracking number and see the package was lost. We shipped a second shipment rightway. We are really sorry if the dvd recorder did not work. We had issued you a RMA number and it clear states to put the RMA number on the outside of packing box.Any item send without RMA number will be rejected.Looks like the box was without the RMA number. Please put the RMA number. Also as customer service we will pick up the unit from your house. You donot have to ship on your expense. Please call our customer service guys and they will set up a UPS pick up or label for returm. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I ordered a fridge and stove from from them in December. They called me to tell me that the fridge I ordered was on back order for a week. That was fine since we were renovating. But after 2 weeks I called them with an update and they told an additional 3 weeks were needed. Still, fine, the price was great so I could stand waiting 3 more. Three weeks past and I called again, this time my fridge is on back order indefinitely! I didn't want a refund just a fridge, so I asked if they could find me something comparable to send instead. Which they told me to go to the website and email them what I liked. I picked 5 that said ready to order and was informed that all but one were backordered! The one that wasn't, was 500 more and they couldn't compensate me that much because they were already losing too much money on my order since they had to split the shipping. Eventually, their "customer service" rep found one for me that met my criteria: stainless steel, 25 sq ft and drink dispenser on the door. I had to spend 200 dollars more to get it. He sent me the link and it looked great. When it came to my house it was a white fridge. When I sent it back and called them, they said that I was confused and it was my mistake. I had to forward our email conversations back to them to prove that is was there mistake. It took almost 4 months to get my fridge.

We are sorry for delay on your shipment. This was a mistake done from LG factory. All the factory refurbish items are directly shipped from the factory not from samstores warehouse. We had informed and updated the customer about the back order. We had also given her a higher replacment model which cost was $500 more for less price. Again the mistake was done by LG factory and it was fixed. LG had picked up the white color and shipped the stainless steel for no cost. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

So, we ordered a freezer from Worldwide Voltage (a subsidiary of Samstores) one month ago. They charged our credit card THAT DAY. We waited for the product to show...nothing. Finally, my husband called the company and they said it was backordered. We received our credit card bill today...still no freezer. So my husband called the company and said he wasn't going to pay for something he didn't have. (Like I said, we actually paid for it a month ago.) The rep said he would call him back today. Guess what? No call. Can they DO THAT? If it's not illegal, shouldn't it be?
