Ordered 3 football shirts on the 26th of December from samstorePT. Expected delivery was between 7 and 14 working days. It's the end of January and still haven't received any updates. Emailed them twice and still no response. It isn't enough that the shipment is delayed but they have the lack of responsibility of not communicating properly with their costumers. I don't know what to do, but I'm starting to have the awful sensation that I lost money and won't ever see the products that I bought which were gifts for family. Awful service this company provides. After receiving the reply from Samstore I got a feeling that I had been victim of fraud. The purchase was made from the website titled Samstorept, which I imagined was a samstore from Portugal. It might be the case that this website is not connected to Samstores and are driving people into making the same mistake as I did. I did not buy from Sams Club as was mentioned in the reply.

Ordered and paid for item. No invoice. Emailed and no reply. Called and got a "Leave a message" but no response. Now still dunno if item will be delivered, and i am running out of time.

Rude customer service (always same person who answers the phone), choose and been charge for express air shipping ($99) and then shipped instead via ground regular shipping. The order was slow to process, took days to create a label and provide a tracking number and days to actually hand over the parcel to the courrier. This parcel was not shipped!

VERY RUDE! One guy who always answers the phone +1 800 726 9493 was so rude and don't know how to help with inquiry. You should remove that person on answering the phone because he is so rude. Very bad impression for first timers like me. TRASH TELEPHONE OPERATOR.

I bought a printer/scanner for my home office. Apparently the machine was 220 volts. So not for the U.S. market. a Samstores rep promptly called me to make sure I really wanted this or whether I wanted the version for the U.S. Very cool, right? When I received the machine 10 days later (even though I paid $70 for 3 day shipping), I noticed that that the model was completely different. So I google that model # and realized that i had paid $345 for a machine that is readily available at places like target and bestbuy for $130. Any cool points that Samstores got for correcting my order error were lost once I knew that they had actually greatly profited off my ignorance. I emailed the store to give them the opportunity to make the situation "right." No reply. My advice: don't do business with companies like this that take advantage of people's mistakes. Or if you do, make sure you know exactly what you're buying. UPDATE: Samstores replied that the same printer sells on amazon for the same price that they charged me. NO, IT DOESN'T! It sells on Amazon for $180! You charged me $345! I tried to post the amazon listing so that everyone could see the real truth, but Trustpilot doesn't allow links. Buyer beware with this company.

Negative stars! Bought 18000 BTU window air conditioner that does not work. Calls to Customer Service is a waste of time! Should have known better. That is samstores, folks. Remember that. Positive reviews could even be fake in my opinion. Their reaction to review: "Keep 'em coming.”

This is the worst company ever. I ordered a security camera system for my house. It was the Samsung 4 MP system which is a really good one. When I received my order it was the 5 MP with the plastic cameras. So call upgrade. Not what I ordered for one and didn’t call or email to see if I wanted it. Which I would have canceled the order. Nevertheless I called got the RMA sent it back after I paid out of pocket to send back. No UPS label was sent. Received the refund Minus the shipping. Not may fault but didn’t get the 55.00 original and the 63.00 I paid to sent back. Buyer beware of this company.
