Hello, Awarded store for Electronics item, from small appliance to big home appliance. I am routine customer of this store & I am very glad to find this kind of store which has a package of best Product & great customer service.

Got this amazing phone made by Samsung Galaxy s on time Cheapest prize online Great service. Will work like a charm. Will order more on next pay check

I ordered a standard 30" stove. Because they didn't have one in stock, I was sent a 30" stove but only 24" deep. Samstores insisted that I pay the shipping to return the stove. The G.E. dryer didn't come with a conversion kit to propane. The salesman insisted that that has never happened and to this day I have not received one. The transformer on the range (the 2nd range) melted when we plugged the oven in. I still have not received the part because the salesman said I sent the wrong model number which he said is not a Whirlpool but a G.E. Since I was needing help on a G.E. dryer as well as a Whirlpool Range, they thought I needed help on a G.E. range and confused the two items. I still have not been helped. I wish I had never purchased anything from Samstores because their personnel refuse to accept any responsibility for the problems saying that it was all my mistakes. Where did the adage go that the customer is always right (and in this case he was)?

I would like to spread my opinion on the best online store samstores.com , for any Electronics items. I am a regular customer of this store and I will give 100% of my satisfaction. Great people working with appreciate samstores and entire staff.
